We are artists of all disciplines working together for common good.

Half-to-Help's purpose is to provide a way for the art community to give back. Half-to-Help artists, individually and through partnerships with like-minded organizations, raise money to benefit others. In return for their humanitarian efforts, participating artists gain exposure and support from the public. In this way, we can work together for common good.

From the Founder—Carl Avidano

The idea for Half-to-Help came to me when I first began to submit my paintings to art galleries. This was when I learned that galleries routinely charge the artist as much as 50% (half!) the amount that a given work of art will bring. I thought that it might be possible for artists' work to be seen in other ways, so that the money saved could be directed for socially responsible causes.
