Biography

I was raised in a small farming community in Iowa. Out of sheer boredom, I ended up creating art at a very young age. Inspired by my love of symmetry and geometry, I created a series of mandala designs. These mandalas are brought to life as vector illustrations, which is a digital drawing style that uses mathematical points and paths to create shapes, rather than 'painting' with the typical square pixels used in raster digital art. I also dabble in other mediums such as lino-cut block printing and collage, and have a project planned for the semi-distant future that involves a peculiarly large number of bottle caps.

LeAnn Jensen is an Art Director at a screen print shop in her 'spare' time. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska.
